Cada capítulo está diseñado para que puedas aplicar lo aprendido desde el primer día, sin importar si eres estudiante, entrenador, preparador físico o simplemente alguien que desea comprender mejor su cuerpo.
Este libro nace con un propósito claro: ayudarte a entrenar con conocimiento, intención y conciencia. Entrenar no es repetir movimientos; es aprender a moverse con propósito, entendiendo lo que sucede en cada fase del esfuerzo.
