En los últimos dos años, tanto en el trabajo social como en la vida, se han vivido cambios profundos e inesperados. Este artículo considera la práctica, la investigación y la educación de trabajo relacionada con la pandemia Covid-19 en el contexto italiano, ofreciendo una visión general de los principales retos, resaltando datos y experiencias que en una relectura crítica reflexiva pueden orientar hacia perspectivas futuras. Enfocándose en particular sobre las relaciones de ayuda entre profesionales y personas en dificultades y de mutuo-apoyo entre trabajadores sociales, el artículo pone en evidencia no solo lo que se ha vivido, aunque lo que hemos aprendido y que en términos potenciales puede ser útil en los procesos de construcción del trabajo social que queremos.
